Ingredients:

    * 1 cup water
    * 1/4 cup flour
    * 5 cups lightly boiling water

    Method:

Mix flour into the water until mixture is thin and runny, stir into boiling water. Gently boil and stir for 3 minutes. Cool before using.
Paper Mache Paste #2
Ingredients:

    * one part flour
    * one part water

    Method:

Mix flour and water in a bowl until you get a smooth consistency. Use.

Blow balloon up and close it without tying. Paper Mache the balloon and wait until it dries.
Leave opening at the top.
Open the balloon back up and fill with Halloween candy.
Tie and close of the opening with paper Mache leaving only the balloon tie exposed.
Let dry and harden. Paint orange and jack-o-lantern faces on Mache.
Tie balloon tab with string and hang.
