Herbs should be ground finely, empowered with the intended use and
added to
wax when making a candle. The candles should be blessed and then
burned. For
these types of spells, it is always good to use the seven-day candle
design.
Knob candles also work well for these. If you are not familiar with
making those or do not have the molds for them, then just make a
candle large enough to burn for a 3, 7, or 9-day intention. You can
also make simple small jar candles.

If you're not handy at candle making, go to your nearest craft store
and pick up beeswax sheets. This is how I make great candles and
these, along with cotton wicks, are best for our Earth and non-
pollutant. Just add herbs (& oils, if desired) to these as you roll
them. You can also cut these down to smaller sizes.

*Note: This information is given to be used in candle magicks ONLY.
Some of these herbs can be ingested, however, please DO NOT ingest or
inhale these unless you are an adept at herb studies, or have gotten
advice from a doctor or pharmacist or herbalist. Some of these are
FATAL if ingested. Please seek advice and do your research if
unfamiliar with any of these. Some herbs may even have to be handled
with gloves by pregnant women. Pregnant women should never ingest or
inhale or handle herbs they are not familiar with.
