Freeze Them Out

This spell combines binding and your freezer,  for doubled 

effectiveness against aggressors.  First, take a piece of wood 

(popsicle stick works) and draw a face on the stick, imagining 

the person you wish to bind. Write his or her name on both sides. 

Have a nice long spool of thread (pick an appropiriate color, ie, 

white or black, or blue for balancing them) and begin to bind the 

poppet, until you can't see a bit of the stick. While you are doing 

this, chant:

I bind you, (name) from doing harm.

Harm against others and harm to yourself. 

You have no power over me.

This can be expanded upon, depending on the situation.  Then, take a 

plastic baggie and fill it halfway with water. Put the poppet in and 

seal. Now take another container and put the baggie in. Cover with 

water and seal. Hold in your dominant hand and say:

I wish you well, but I wish you away from me. 

To cause no harm nor return to me.

Throw it in the freezer and say:

Be away from Me!
